$119 for any Florida agency route. $149 for an FBI background check. The state, federal, and retention fees are already inside those numbers.
Most fingerprinting quotes have at least three parts: the provider's service fee, the state fee, the federal fee, and for a lot of routes a $24 AHCA retention fee on top. The parts vary by agency, so the number you're told on the phone is rarely the number you pay at the counter. That's the normal experience and it's a bad one.
We priced it the other way round. $119 covers any Florida agency ORI — AHCA, the Department of Health, DCF, DBPR, APD, VECHS, a school district, or something narrower like the Office of Financial Regulation. Some of those routes cost us more than others and we absorbed the difference rather than passing you a variable bill. What you're quoted is what you pay.
Every figure below is all-in. No agency fee is added afterwards.
The FDLE portion of your screening, already inside the price.
The FBI portion for the national records check, also included.
Clearinghouse routes carry a $24 retention fee. That's included too.
Captured with your prints against the required background, at no extra charge.
We check your routing before capture. It's the step that prevents paying twice.
If the state rejects a submission for image quality, we recapture at no charge.
Groups of three or more booked together at our West Palm Beach office are $99 each, same flat all-in structure. That's the usual arrangement for new-hire cohorts, licensing classes, and volunteer intakes before a season starts.
On-site sessions are quoted rather than listed, because travel, headcount, and session length genuinely vary and a single published number would be wrong for most callers. They're available to companies, facilities, and organisations across Palm Beach County, Clearinghouse photo included. Call (561) 475-4757 with a headcount and a location and we'll give you a figure on the call.
Yes. $119 covers our service, the state fee, the federal fee, and the AHCA retention fee where the route carries one. Nothing is added at your appointment and there's no separate rolling fee.
Because the alternative is confusing and nobody wins. Agency fees differ by route, so most providers quote a service fee and add the rest at the counter. We averaged it into a single number so the figure you're told on the phone is the figure you pay.
$149 flat, including the federal fee. There's no second payment to make to the FBI afterward.
Yes — $99 each for three or more booked together at our office. That rate is for in-office appointments; on-site (mobile) sessions are quoted separately by headcount and location. Employers with ongoing hiring can set up a standing arrangement.
On-site sessions for companies are quoted on headcount and location rather than listed, because travel and session length vary. Call (561) 475-4757 with numbers and we'll give you a figure.
The federal fee rises on 1 October 2026. Our $149 figure is what we publish today; if it changes you'll see it here before you book, and we honour whatever we quoted you at booking.
If a submission is rejected on the state side for image quality, we reprint you free. If you were printed under the wrong ORI a new submission is required — which is exactly why we verify it before capture.
Yes. Payment is taken at your appointment, or invoiced for employer accounts with a standing arrangement.
