A Florida-commissioned notary and document services business operating in Palm Beach County since 2011.
We started in 2011 handling notarization and document services across Palm Beach County, and grew into apostille and authentication work as clients kept arriving with international paperwork that nobody local wanted to touch. Fingerprinting was the natural next step — the same clients, the same deadlines, the same need for somebody to check the requirement before money changes hands.
Our office is at 500 S Australian Ave, Suite 600 in downtown West Palm Beach, open Monday to Saturday by appointment. The same people answer the phone and do the capture. There's no call center and no scheduling portal between you and an answer.
Fingerprints are captured on an FBI-certified Thales scanner running FDLE-approved Live Scan software with the Clearinghouse photo module, plus a driver's licence barcode reader for accurate intake. We're also set up for direct FBI channeling, so Identity History Summary requests transmit electronically rather than going in the post.
The practical upshot is that everything happens in one visit, at one counter, with quality verified before anything is submitted. No route requires sending you elsewhere, and no submission leaves without someone having checked where it's going.
We verify routing before capture, every time. It's the highest-value two minutes in the process.
Our FDLE module carries no per-transaction fee, so none is passed on to you.
If a submission is rejected for image quality, we reprint at no charge.
Because most screening requirements land on people who work weekdays. Closed Sundays.
If we're not the right provider for your requirement, we'll say so.
The equipment travels anywhere in Palm Beach County, Clearinghouse photo included.
There is a version of this business that takes every fee offered and sorts out the consequences later. We have deliberately not built that. If your requirement is served by a designated federal vendor, or an out-of-state board that only accepts its own contracted provider, we will tell you that on the phone rather than capture your prints and let the rejection arrive weeks later.
The same applies to on-site visits. For one or two people, driving to our counter is cheaper than paying us to drive to you, and we say so. It costs us a booking and it earns the kind of trust that brings a whole facility's roster back the following quarter. Over fifteen years in Palm Beach County that trade has worked out considerably better than the alternative.
We also do not claim to make government processing faster, because nobody can. What we control is the quality of the capture, the accuracy of the routing, and how quickly the submission leaves our office. Those three things are where nearly every avoidable delay actually originates, and they are the things worth judging a provider on.
