For Employers

We bring the scanner to you.

On-site fingerprinting for companies, facilities, and groups anywhere in Palm Beach County — Clearinghouse photo included, roster reconciled before we leave.

Overview

Built for rosters, not individuals.

Sending employees out to be fingerprinted one at a time is a hidden cost most organisations never price properly. Ten people making individual trips is ten round trips, ten waits, and a week of somebody chasing everyone to confirm they actually went. The screening isn't the expensive part — the coordination is.

On-site sessions handle the same ten people in roughly two hours, in one room, with a single reconciled roster at the end. Our Live Scan system runs on a laptop and a USB scanner, so it works anywhere with a table and power, and it includes the AHCA Clearinghouse photo capture that most mobile providers can't offer. Submissions transmit the same day exactly as they would in our office.

Who Uses This

Typical on-site work.

Healthcare Facilities

Screen staff on shift without pulling anyone off the floor or leaving a unit short.

New-Hire Cohorts

Screen an entire onboarding group in one sitting instead of across a fortnight.

Schools & Childcare

Screen teachers, aides, and volunteers on a development day or before term starts.

Corporate Offices

Bulk screening for licensing, badging, or contract requirements in a conference room.

Seasonal Hiring

Screen a seasonal intake inside the narrow window before a season opens.

Private Households

Screening for household and private staff, handled discreetly at the residence.

How It Runs

What a session looks like.

You send a roster and the ORI results should route to. We verify the ORI before we arrive, because a session that turns up without one can't submit and the visit is wasted. On the day we set up on a table, work through the roster in sequence at roughly ten minutes per person, and capture Clearinghouse photos where the submission requires them.

Everything transmits before we leave your site, and you get back a reconciled list of exactly who was captured and under which ORI. That document is the part employers tell us they value most — it removes the follow-up question of whether the new hire starting Monday actually got printed.

FAQ

Employer questions.

What's the minimum for an on-site session?

On-site service is for companies, facilities, and groups rather than individuals. Call (561) 475-4757 with a headcount and location and we'll quote it. For one or two people an appointment at our office is faster and better value.

Can you work around shift changes?

Usually yes. Facilities frequently prefer a shift-change window so nobody leaves the floor. Tell us the times that work and we'll fit around them where we can.

Do you take the AHCA photo on site?

Yes. We bring the correct neutral background, so Clearinghouse submissions are complete when captured at your facility. That's the piece most mobile providers can't do.

What do you need from us beforehand?

A roster and the ORI results should route to. We verify the ORI before the visit — a session that arrives without one can't submit.

How much space do you need?

A table, two chairs, and a power outlet. A small meeting room or a corner of a break room is plenty. AHCA photos also need a few feet of clear wall.

Do we get a record of who was screened?

Yes — a reconciled roster of everyone captured and the ORI used. It's the piece that saves whoever runs onboarding the most follow-up.

Can you invoice us monthly?

Yes, for employer accounts with ongoing hiring. One document to reconcile instead of chasing individual payments.

How far ahead should we book?

A few business days is comfortable for a group. Urgent single sessions are sometimes possible — worth calling to ask rather than assuming.
